Descriptif :

The art of broken tiles is a style of art where you create artwork by cutting simple tiles and mosaics and arranging them into patterns. In this workshop, we will learn how to cut tiles into specific shapes and assemble them to make beautiful artwork.

This workshop doesn't require any background or experience, and just requires creativity and patience. These workshops are adaptable to different age groups and experience levels and are designed to be accessible, engaging, and outcome-oriented. Each session allows participants to leave with a tangible creation while discovering practical artistic techniques.

À propos de l’intervenant :

Sanaz Eslahi, the founder of Waste To Wonder, has a workspace at 1535 Creative Hub where she creates sustainable glass products from upcycled glass waste. I am also a mosaic artist and design beautiful pieces of art using broken mosaic tiles. I have taught this art form in workshops for both children and adults, and it has been a wonderful experience for all of us.
