For Asta art is both a pathway to her inner world and a means to share her feelings, dreams, innate tendencies, fantasies and desires with the outside world. In the creative process she first observes the unique world of images, sounds, forms and colors. The outer world, as manifested through music, surroundings, situations and encounters, is reflected in the abstracted form through her paintings.

Presently she finds nature in all its forms, shapes and colors as the ultimate source of my inspiration she tries to convey through her paintings the ideas of immensity, beauty, serenity, mystery, light and darkness.

She experiments with a variety of techniques and artistic media, such as oil, acrylic and watercolor paints, Chinese ink and mixed media.
