Once again this year, the city of Differdange is happy to open the doors of the 1535° Creative Hub for another edition of the Creative Day.

A day to meet the people who imagine, create, experiment and share creative know-how every day.

The 1535° Creative Hub invites the public to step into the heart of its creative community. What to expect: workshops, immersive experiences, talks, music, DJ sets, a food village and shopping areas.

Creators, artists, designers, artisans, entrepreneurs and guests share their practices, worlds and ideas to show how individual inspiration transforms into a collective experience through interaction with others.

Workshops for the whole family

The members of the 1535° are organizing a variety of workshops to share their know-how and skills. You can get creative with your family, pose with your pets, present the weather, draw, paint, try knitting, crafting, bookbinding and much more.

Sonotron invites you to explore the worlds of digital fabrication, electronics and programming by designing a functional object. You can also explore Maker’s Labs ASBL through demonstrations and interactive experiences focused on robotics, programming, and engineering.

This year, the conference programme brings together professionals, experts and stakeholders who are committed to developing the cultural and creative industries. Together, they will explore the future of the sector. The two conference series are each divided into three parts, each focusing on a distinct yet complementary perspective.

all around you

Braise

In the center of the hangar, a constellation of light tubes hangs from the ceiling and extends across the floor. A forest of fire. A living organism.

Standalone and interactive, BRAISE is a performance space that changes throughout the day. It reacts to people's presence, spreading light in response to movement and inviting artists to enhance it. The ember holds the memory of the fire.

Residents and their guests turn their spaces into pop-up shops, where you can find design objects, decorative creations, illustrations, textiles and accessories. A creative market that reflects the diversity and talent of the 1535° community.
