Martine Pinnel is a Luxembourg based portrait, editorial and landscape photographer & director.    

Her accomplishments of winning best portfolio in the Academy of Art University Spring Show 2012 in San Francisco, and obtaining an art scholarship from Luxembourg, gave her the confidence to enter the Vogue New Exposure contest, placing her as a top 10 finalist.     

Besides Europe, her boundary-free interest in different cultures, styles and aesthetics enabled her to expand her work radius to China and the USA. 

In her work, Martine constantly aims to visually recreate thoughts, ideas and experiences which are linked to, and inspired by various places and people.    

Her multi cultural influences have affected her signature style, which leave her with a personal artistic language beyond commercial purpose.    

In 2018 she received the fonds stART-up from the Oeuvre Nationale de Secours Grande-Duchesse Charlotte which enabled her to make her first short film entitled "Sea Dream Avenue" accompanied by an extensive photo project.    

Receiving the bourse “cliché” 2021, for both individual artists and teachers, has enabled her to create a more socially critical body of work.

The same year, Martine has founded the non-profit “Stärekanner ASBL”, with the aim of helping grieving parents by photographing their still born children. 

In 2022 Martine will start a new collaboration with Europa Donna, offering studio sessions to breast cancer patients, accompanying them throughout their journey, under the project name “Objectif Rose”.

Founder Christian Wilmes has 20 years of experience in visual arts & photography. Christian’s sense of esthetic attention to detail as well a client service allowed him to collaborate with notorious national & international clients. He devotes his attention and efforts in shedding light on the uniqueness of his subjects.
